It addresses safety, equal opportunity, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR), uniform wear, civilian employees, dormitory inspections, local area travel, urinalysis inspections, operational security (OPSEC), notification and critical information requirements, fitness, inspections, awards, administrative guidance, the wing’s training program, professional development, the wing’s history program, the wing’s communication strategy, and the wing’s applicable plans and programs. It includes guidance for the Commander’s Inspection Program. This publication is applicable to all 305 AMW personnel. Scope of Applicability. 1.1. This instruction applies to all members of the 305th Air Mobility Wing (305 AMW). Commanders are charged to ensure all Airmen are familiar with the guidance in this instruction. 1.2. This instruction is intended for ensuring policies, programs, and guidance and will be used in conjunction with other policy and guidance received in written or verbal form from the 305 AMW/CC. 1.3. All policies are presented as separate attachments to facilitate printed displays as required by other United States Air Force (USAF) regulations (i.e., unit safety boards).
